2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items caused by customer mishandling.

  • Products purchased on final sale or under clearance discounts.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact us to initiate a return request.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return shipping instructions.

  3. Ship the product securely to avoid damage in transit.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or size, please indicate this in your return email.
